Assistant Manager - HR Analytics Permanent

A Leading Pharmaceutical Firm

Key Responsibilities:

Provide management support to the HR function in the areas of People metrics, reporting and advanced and predictive analytics.

Supports the Human Resources Leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the HR Operations, process and programs.

Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyse GMO wide people and other cross functional data.

Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations / standard management reporting on a periodic basis.

Create, maintain and ensure quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports and metrics.

Serves as a domain expert for Human capital analytics.

Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts with HR service areas (Learning & Development, Staffing, Talent Management, Diversity, retention and compliance).

To promote data governance and stewardship and to improve overall operational performance and insights.

Preparation of GMO HR dashboard/MRM presentations for 11,000+ employees (16 plants) and Central functions.

Processing of vendor payments.

HR SAP Audit for 100% data accuracy.

Real time updating the organization charts for all the units and Central functions.

Data support on HR metrics based on senior management requirement.

Co-ordination of various reviews.

Technical requirements: Strong capability of knowledge on MS Office (Excel, Power Point). Mandatory working knowledge on SAP HR module.
